Under a tarpaulin, a site table and rolled plans facing a brick house under construction
Our story

Born under a tarpaulin.Built siteafter site.

Since 2016, Royal Build'Art has designed and built homes made for life in Madagascar: affordable, durable, and true to the dreams of the families who live in them.

Our story in three stages

  1. A table and two stools under a tarpaulin, plans unrolled, facing the rice fields
    2016

    The beginnings

Two enthusiasts, a tarpaulin pitched at a local event, no head office. Only a conviction: building in Madagascar deserves accessible solutions, suited to the realities of the country.

  2. Plans spread on a large table, site helmets lined up on the shelf
    2020

    The structure

Royal Build'Art becomes a registered company. The teams take shape, projects grow in ambition and several sites move forward in parallel.

  3. The team at work in the studio, facing a large window open onto the rice fields
    Today

    The studio

Engineers, technicians, designers, coordinators and sales staff: a multidisciplinary team, more than 500 studies and more than 20 homes delivered.

  4. A story of perseverance. And this is only the beginning.

Our mission
To design and deliver durable, well-crafted, made-to-measure projects, on time and on budget.

Our commitments

Quality

Solid work, built to last.

Transparency

Prices detailed lot by lot and clear communication at every stage.

Innovation

3D renderings and online site monitoring: today's tools in the service of your home.

Respect

For your deadlines, your budget, your land and its surroundings.

Our strengths

  1. A company on a human scale

One point of contact, close at hand, available and responsive, from the first sketch to the handover of keys.

  2. An eye on the future

Design, durability and modernity, for homes that stand the test of time.

  3. A network of proven partners

Suppliers, craftsmen and experts chosen for their reliability and the consistency of their work.

  4. A culture of detail

Every finish is considered: details are what make a home a success.

  5. A committed team

Beyond technique, we put heart and creativity into every project.

Building sustainably

Building for today, and for tomorrow.

  1. Room bathed in light, a curtain lifted by the breeze at a large open window

    Bioclimatic design

Natural light, cross ventilation, the right orientation: more comfort, less consumption.

  2. Earth bricks, dressed stone, timber boards and a trowel laid on red earth

    Chosen materials

Local whenever possible, durable always, to reduce our footprint and support the Malagasy economy.

  3. A tidy site: stacked timber, rebar in rows, sorted waste

    Well-run sites

Less waste, more reuse, clean and safe sites.

  4. Stone and timber house lit at nightfall, with a pool and a frangipani tree

    Building to last

A solid house means fewer major repairs and a legacy to hand down.

Sustainability is not an option. It is how we build.
